March is Women’s History Month in the United States so it seems only right to pay homage to influential women in real estate throughout this month.
As I began to think about influential women in real estate one of the first people that came to mind was the daughter of the infamous Donald Trump.
Ivanka Trump is arguably one of the most influential real estate business women on the scene. She is currently employed as Executive Vice President of Development & Acquisitions of The Trump Organization, owned by her father Donald Trump. Ultimately her main focus is to expand the real estate portfolio of The Trump Organization. It’s safe to say despite what may be perceived as a silver spoon she still has an impeccable work ethic
According to Trump.com, Ivanka is involved in all aspects of the projects including deal evaluation, pre-development planning, financing, design, construction, sales and marketing, and more. Her activity ranges from large and small decisions from the acquisition phase* to the interior selection process for residences and hotel suites.
One of her largest focuses has been to have the Trump Organization to grow globally.
Ivanka Trump comes from a lineage of real estate, her grandfather, Fred Trump was an immigrant and Real Estate Developer that focused his efforts in New York, when he passed his fortune was estimated to be around $250 to $350 million.
Product of Predecessors
Ivanka is a product of a family lineage that has grown generation wealth through real estate. Personally, I believe that everyone should highly consider investing in real estate if wealth and passive income is a goal of yours. Anyone, I mean anyone can become a real estate investor with focus, goals, mentorship, and research.
